George H. Hulse

Mr. Hulse focuses his practice in the areas of commercial real estate transactions, civil litigation and corporate organization. His commercial real estate practice consists of simple as well as complex real estate contract negotiations, zoning and planning applications and appeals, and commercial tax appeals. Mr. Hulse has over thirty-five years of experience in litigating divorces, contract disputes, will contests and adversary proceedings in bankruptcy court. He represents both men and women in divorce actions involving substantial financial issues.

A graduate of Moorestown Friends School, Mr. Hulse received a B.S. degree in accounting from Villanova University and a J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law in Camden, N.J. He was law clerk to the Honorable Paul R. Kramer J.S.C. retired and the Honorable Gilbert M. VanSciver J.S.C. retired. Mr. Hulse also served in the military as
a 2nd Lieutenant in the Army Reserve National Guard. He has practiced law in Burlington since 1975, first as a sole practitioner and since 1980, as Hulse & Wynter, LLC.

Mr. Hulse is a member of the Burlington County and New Jersey State Bar Associations, and Loyal Order of Free Masons. He is a former member of the Burlington County Attorney District Ethics Committee.
