Gracy Hulse Wynter

Ms. Hulse Wynter concentrates her practice in the areas of probate litigation, estate administration, real estate transactions, contract litigation, guardianship proceedings, small business representation, land use matters, commercial tax appeals, and bankruptcy court adversary proceedings.

A graduate of Holy Cross High School, Ms. Hulse Wynter earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Government from Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and her law degree from New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts. Prior to joining Hulse & Wynter, LLC, Ms. Hulse Wynter was an associate in the reorganization and finance departments of Duane Morris LLP in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Murtha Cullina LLP in Boston, Massachusetts. Ms. Hulse Wynter also served as law clerk to the Honorable Carol J. Kenner, former Chief Justice of the United State Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts and the Office of the United States Trustee for the United States Department of Justice in Boston, Massachusetts.

Ms. Hulse Wynter is a member of the Burlington County Bar Association, Probate, Real Estate and Business/Corporate Law Committees and the New Jersey Bar Association.
