Kimberly Pelkey Sdeo

Ms. Pelkey Sdeo focuses her practice on family law, probate and commercial litigation matters. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and the United States District Courts in those
states.

A graduate of Notre Dame High School, Ms. Pelkey Sdeo earned her B.A., cum laude, in Economics from Mary Washington College in Fredericksburg, VA and her J.D. from The Pennsylvania State University – The Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, PA.

Ms. Pelkey Sdeo began her legal career as the judicial law clerk to the Honorable Laura M. Lewinn, J.A.D. (ret.) during her tenure as the Presiding Judge of the Family Part in Mercer County and also in he
Appellate Division. After completing her clerkship, Ms. Pelkey Sdeo worked for a general practice firm in Princeton, NJ where she focused her practice on family law, commercial litigation, real estate, estate planning and bankruptcy matters.

Ms. Pelkey Sdeo is a member of the Burlington County Bar Association and Mercer County Bar Association. She serves as a Matrimonial Early Settlement Panelist in both Burlington and Mercer Counties. Additionally, Ms. Pelkey Sdeo is a Trustee of the International Charter School of Trenton and the Education Chair of the Central NJ Penn State Alumni Association.
